With outside still being closed this month, navigating workouts at home minus gym equipment or a personal trainer can make fitness goals seem impossible. I’m a huge fan of working out in the comfort of your home, but if you’re new to fitness or you’re trying to stay motivated without a fitness studio, these three women are the jam. Plus they all offer FREE ways to keep your body in tip top shape on Instagram.

Formerly known as Mankofit, Massiel “Massy” Arias is a certified personal trainer. I first happened upon her page by a recommendation from a friend and fell in love with her high energy and killer body. After a few years, and a toddler later, she’s helping women shed their post baby weight without waist trainers while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Blogilates, real name Casey Ho, is an American social media fitness entrepreneur. I found Casey whilst participating in her 30-day 100 ab challenge a year ago and I never looked back. Once you sign up on her website, www.blogilates.com, she offers free monthly fitness calendars as well as numerous challenges on her YouTube channel. She encourages people to become the best versions of themselves through proper diet & exercise. Plus challenges keep the fun in fitness without becoming too mundane or boring. @blogilates

Jeanette Jenkins is a fitness trainer and founder/president of Hollywood Trainer. I found Jeanette years ago on YouTube and her workouts stood out to me for being unique and easy to incorporate into a busy lifestyle. Fast forward to present day and she offers amazing fitness circuit videos on Instagram that can be performed solo or with a partner to keep your body in shape year round. And if that not enough, she’s always having so much fun while working out which makes me want to get up and get moving as well. @msjeanettejenkins
