My Fall Fragrance Picks

Fall is just around the corner, and with the change of season, I decided to share some of my new scents for the fall. I just started getting into fragrance a few years ago and would normally just use what I received from work. Now that I've come into my own with regards to fragrance, I snagged a few scents during a sale at Sephora, and couldn't be happier with my choices.

Fragrance can tell you a lot about a person. I tend to like my scents to smell sexy and spicy, just like myself, no matter the time of day. So a lot of perfumes that I gravitate towards have notes of musk and florals. Combine that with sweet notes of vanilla and or berries and I'm in heaven.

What are some scents that you're loving for the fall?

My Post Quarantine Body | Part I

Hey guys. Welcome to another week in the world of Chloe Lear. This week we’re talking about lifestyle and fitness and in the midst of this global pandemic called Covid-19, my fitness and diet regimen definitely took a hit.

It took a while for me to admit to myself that I needed help getting back on track to the personal goals I set for myself without having to pay an arm and a leg. While I had originally began working out at Inner Me fitness studio in Houston, my work schedule post Covid wasn’t lining up with their class schedule.

So what’s a girl to do?

I finally bit the bullet and hired a personal trainer. One that specializes in not just fitness but nutrition as well. Getting my physique snatched was going to take work and since it consists of 80% diet and 20% exercise, I knew I’d have to out source.

Now I’m not in terrible shape by a long shot, but I’m also not where I want to be physically. We all have target areas and things about our body that we want to tighten, tone or lose and I’m no exception.

So I contracted a trainer for three month and decided to document my journey and body transformation. Check out photos of me below and stay tuned for parts two and three.

Trash Talk | June & July 2020

Happy August guys. With another month couple of months in the books, another trash talk was sure to follow. I went through a lot of beauty and wellness products, and a lot of it stemmed from having to switch out products for summer as well as sampling a few things that I’d been meaning to try.

You’ll see a lot of Doterra products in the picture above that I used in my diffuser for the past few months. Since moving to Houston, I’ve developed allergies and mixing these oils in my diffuser helped me fall into sound, sleep with out the congestion. I alternate between over the counter medicine when my sinuses are a 911, but overall, natural remedies have been keeping my allergies in line.

What products did you trash this month and was there anything you think you’d rebuy?
