My Post Quarantine Body | Part I


Hey guys. Welcome to another week in the world of Chloe Lear. This week we’re talking about lifestyle and fitness and in the midst of this global pandemic called Covid-19, my fitness and diet regimen definitely took a hit.


It took a while for me to admit to myself that I needed help getting back on track to the personal goals I set for myself without having to pay an arm and a leg. While I had originally began working out at Inner Me fitness studio in Houston, my work schedule post Covid wasn’t lining up with their class schedule. 


So what’s a girl to do? 


I finally bit the bullet and hired a personal trainer. One that specializes in not just fitness but nutrition as well. Getting my physique snatched was going to take work and since it consists of 80% diet and 20% exercise, I knew I’d have to out source.


Now I’m not in terrible shape by a long shot, but I’m also not where I want to be physically. We all have target areas and things about our body that we want to tighten, tone or lose and I’m no exception.


So I contracted a trainer for three month and decided to document my journey and body transformation. Check out photos of me below and stay tuned for parts two and three.
